In the Fresh Fish restaurant I used to sit at the beginning of my Dahab and Egypt time. I worked here I went to swim I had amazing dishes and I'm at friends. I really like that place and I like the stuff it's so friendly here. But of course after a while you change your habits. Back from holiday up to her usual daily life - so I don't want every day for breakfast out ;) But I like to bring my friends here because ... it's just nice!
Ok, it's this video is not related to Egypt. It has to do something with myself. Because I am wondering, why the Good Friday is called Goos Friday in English. Do you have any idea?
Join me in day 88 of my video challenge (every day a video about my life in Egypt as an European women, digital nomad, life artist or just myself)

Around 10 or 12 years ago Dahab was different. I just heard it but at that time the actual touristic city centre was Mashaba - the part of the city which is now abandon.
THE YouTube LINK It's Sunday guys and I am just lazy. Stay tuned for tomorrow. There we are going to eat some nice Egyptian food!

It is always nice to have the basic arabic words, even if you just a short time in Egypt. This will open doors for you and you will get a smile as well. In this video are the 3 most important egyptian-arabic words - if you ask for my opinion :-)
I was sitting on this rooftop in Dahab with some friends. And I thought it's a good place to make a video.
I take you to first real impression to Dahab. Unfortunately you can't smell it. I smell this Dahab smell: the Red Sea, restaurants, dust, cars and also rubbish. That's the smell at lighthouse - and I love it.
