Koshary or Kushary ist one of the most famous dishes here in Egypt. It is not just tasty, it is also cheap and makes you full, because it contains lentils, cheakpeas, rice and pasta. As you know: in Dahab is all available. Also Palestinian food. And I can tell you: it's great. Try it. It has different. What are also more than appreciate is that Amal is another working woman. I saw when she were opening her shop. She was almost alone and made all this so cute.
The Lippe Narr bread is one of my favorite breasts in Egypt - made by Bedouins. Today I try local Egyptian chips. This chips are very cheap - and actually not as bad as I thought. No, some of them are realy good!
I am a chocolate monster. So it is no wonder, that I love this dish. It is a pancake with any kind of chocolate bar, in case you want to try it ;) ... And wait for Cairo! There we will visit a big and special event ;)
Foul, Falaffel and Koshary is all you need in Egypt. You can get these three dishes just for a some Egyptian Pounds. For a Falaffelsandwich you pay between 15 and 25 EuroCent. For Koshary you pay around 50 EuroCent and Foul as well. But the best thing: it is not just cheap - all three dishes are also tasty...

I would say, Dahab in Egypt is the only place, where you have so many different choices at Restaurants. Italien, Korean, Chinese, German, Russian, Vegan, Mexican and also Cuban. Thats awesome, isn't it?
