The bread that rising from the ashes

The Lippe Narr bread is one of my favorite breasts in Egypt - made by Bedouins.

I guess I would love it with butter and jam at most ;)

Today we are it with baba ganoush, a famous dish in Egypt made out of eggplants. The Lippe is just flour and water. That's it. But together with the ash it is so tasty!!! A Wadi is a dried out riverbed, a canyon. After the sunset it is completely dark there, because the lights from Dahab can't come over the mountains.

Tja. And now I am full and happy back at home. internet connection is also not available in the Wadi ;)

One thing here in Dahab is that there is so much creativity and power. Power for a good, peaceful, healthy and great world.  I know, the Egyptians love it sweet. But the Masharbik was to sweet. It is dough with honey. But the Honey seems to be something special...it has a very light flavour of roses. Although the guy told me, that can't be. Anyway, the Basboussa is delicious (and unfortunately also the Baklava from his truck). For...

I really love food videos, especially with fruits and vegetables. I love fruits and vegetables. So I am here in Egypt at the right place.
