Yes! And at a very funny place as well. Sayed has a small Pizza Store with just one table in the front. Most people are going there for take away. But the best thing is, how his shop looks like. This ceramic looks somehow typical Egyptian ;)
I would say, Dahab in Egypt is the only place, where you have so many different choices at Restaurants. Italien, Korean, Chinese, German, Russian, Vegan, Mexican and also Cuban. Thats awesome, isn't it?
Today I try local Egyptian chips. This chips are very cheap - and actually not as bad as I thought. No, some of them are realy good!
Bushmala is a fruit, which you will find also in China, because it comes from there. But here in Egypt are region's, where it grows as well. It's so tasty! A bit sour but really fresh. You can just find it during the season and also not often. So you have to have a bit luck to find it.
Mulokher is a typical soup in Egypt. The laves are very common in the Arabic world and riminding me at spinach. The soup itself seems a bit slimy, but it is tasty. It's not spicy at all and has a light taste like a wild herbs soup.
